Crop Science meets Modern Technology. The days of spending eight hours navigating muddy paddy fields in hot and humid environments, carrying heavy solution in a backpack sprayer to protect one hectare of rice — is there a better way? This hard reality of the average rice farmer in Asia opens the door to Bayer Crop Science Drone technology. In an effort to integrate, improve and refine it's digital platforms, Bayer Crop Science began an complete analysis of digital governance, applications and prioritization across their global efforts. Working with stake holders within Bayer USA corporate, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, South American and Asia. As a lead on the user-research, testing, implementation and in-field utilization — developed user and design system guidelines, recomendations across Bayer Crop Science - Customer Plus initiaives and Crop Sales Market Offer Management Tools. These efforts supported newly developed marketing sales planning, insights and strategy positioning Bayer/Monsanto (Bayer Crop Science)  strategically against the competitive environment. Digital user interface is a key-component to usability, need and being an industry leader in this space.

What does success look like?
These efforts included syncronized, interconnecteed data points integrated within application segments and across responsive desktop, stand-alone iOS/Android and hardware specific application. The entire project sought to create a user-friendly tool to aid in a more sustainable and environmentlly friendly land use system for farmers and ranchers. Crop utilization, strategy, planning and seasonal crop turning were key considerations.
